Icon Spacing when both External and File type link

Hello, I'm just starting to use BlueTrip and I noticed the following.

If you have a link that is both external (http://www.extermal.com) and to a file (somefile.pdf) for http://www.external.com/somefile.pdf, then the icon spacing for the .pdf icon, which is the icon that is displayed, becomes 0 instead of the default which sets the icon a few pixels away from the link text.

These are all with default BlueTrip CSS files (with no modifications to them other than setting the default URL).

It occurs in the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, and Opera for a MAC (the only ones I have tested).

Why should I use BlueTrip instead of Blueprint ›

I had the same problem, I think to have solved this by moving the resetting line to the top of all icons in the css file, though I'm not that happy with this solution

Good catch. I'm surprised this is something that has never come up before. What would you like to see as a solution?

From a useability POV - as a visitor, I don't really care if a link is "external" or "internal". (It seems a very Web design service author-centric feature and the graphic just makes reading text more difficult). However,I can see using the icon to differentiate Buy website between opening links in a "new window" (i.e., clicking the linked word opens the link in the same window and clicking the icon opens the link in a new window).This behavior might be differentiated upon internal/external links, but there remains some situations in which you'd want to defeat that, Website development so the method would need to have some HTML override (certain class name or rel value, perhaps).
